It's been a long time since I've tried a new shampoo/conditioner combo. I picked up this duo at my local Target (yes I know Target Canada is dead!!) but I have also seen this duo at my local health food store. I decided to give this a try as I like using more natural products on my hair, especially shampoo and conditioner. Before we get into it, here are my hair details:

Volume, volume, volume. For me, volume is what I am after every single morning with my thin limp hair. Anything that has the possibility to give me more volume I am willing to try. In my latest quest for volume I picked up Garnier Fructis Deconstructed Texture Tease spray. I believe this is a fairly new product to Canada - as I was not able to find any information about it on the Garnier Canadian site.
About my hair: Texture: Curly/wavy Thickness: Thin Length: Medium Color: Dark ash brown (dyed) Deep conditioner on my thin hair - can either leave me with lovely healthy bouncy hair - or leave me like a cow licked my head, essentially one greasy mess. In my latest quest for a deep conditioner I decided to try the L'Oreal EverPure Moisture Restorative Masque. About my thin hair:
About my hair: Texture: Curly/wavy Thickness: Thin Length: Medium Color: Dark ash brown (dyed) I like to fry my hair - you name it - curling wand, curling iron, a straightening iron. I love them all! I was previously using the very much loved Tresemme Heat Tamer Spray, but I wanted to try a higher end brand and something that would not only be a heat protectant but had a light hold as well - I chose to try Redken Iron Shape 11 at the advice of my local Chatters. First, a little bit about my hair needs:

Hairspray - it can make or break a 'do. Today I will share with you a tried and tested hair product that I have recently returned to after trying out a drugstore, and higher end brands. In hairspray I look for a few things: - fine mist so the product is evenly distributed - great flexible hold (no helmet head please!) - yummy scent And what are my specific hair needs? About my hair: Texture: Curly in the front and wavy in the back Thickness: Super duper thin Length: Medium - below the shoulder Color: dark ash brown I'm always on the hunt for anything that will give me some shiny voluminous hair. In my latest quest, I was on the hunt for something that would give me hold when I curl my hair, and provide me lots texture.
About my hair: Texture: Curly in the front and wavy in the back Thickness: Super duper thin Length: Medium - below the shoulder Color: dark ash brown The 'no-poo' hair method has become all the rage recently - essentially it's where you no longer use "commercial" shampoo. I personally am too terrified to even think about living thru my hair and scalp adjusting itself to a 'non-shampoo' world as I would be a grease-ball for weeks. However, I do think that some shampoos today do contain ingredients that are not good for us, our hair, and our scalp which is why I'm always on the hunt for more natural products. Which brings me to Biotene H-24 by Millcreek.
Over the past few years my hair has become a lot thinner than it use to be - and I've tried many products such as Nioxin, and other 'thickening shampoos'. Through my research I have read how great biotin vitamins are (have you seen all those crazy pinterest pictures?!). When I found Biotene H-24 at my local health community store, I decided to put it to the test. Welcome to my review of One 'n Only Argan Heat Ceramic Dryer.
Facts about my hair: Density: Thin Color: Brown (with perhaps a few greys) Length: Just below the shoulder Type: Wavy/Curly Hair dryers are a staple - for any hairstyle and in Canada an essential in the winter.
