I don't know about you, but sometimes mascara can make or break a makeup look. It can add that final touch that pulls a look together, or conversely you can end up with raccoon eyes and a makeup-wipe. Or better yet, you can end up in a public washroom trying to wipe away raccoon eyes with toilet paper and water.
