1. I can't be bothered to draw on brows every day - that's a 10 minute affair
2. Clowns scare me, and well some Instagram brows look like clown brows to me
I've only recently been into brows - really it was only just a few years ago that I had my makeup done, and had my brows filled in. I was shocked that my brows needed to be filled in because my brows were out of control of years! Filling them in was the last of my worries.
About my brows:
Hair Color: Dark Brown/Black
Texture: coarse, and straight as can be, usually pointing down
Thickness: Quite thick, but sparingly at the ends

The Product: Revlon brow Fantasy ($10 CDN)
This little product is an all-in-one for brows. It comes with a pencil at one end and a brow gel at the other. I purchased the darkest color in the collection (Dark Brown), Revlon also offers "Brunette" and "Dark Blonde" for colors. Revlon offers the following instructions:
Step 1: Pencil in brow colour with short, light strokes following the natural direction of brow hair growth. Step 2: Brush gel through brows and let set.
The pencil is a regular pencil that requires sharpening. Using it every day, I had to sharpen about every week or so. The gel applicator is nice and thin which really lets you apply the product evenly.

The Results
Let's start off with the packaging. I really like this duo - it offers all you need for every day brows and great to travel with. Overall, I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with Brown Fantasy, Results on my less-than-groomed brows (forgive me). below. I like how subtle the color is, and the match. I think that it offers a great even color on my brows. The gel was a little gloopy for me, because it was so pigmented. I think if the gel was more subdued in color it would have been easier to work with. After applying the gel I run my finger on top of my brown just to make sure I have the gel on evenly.
Although the gel required the extra step of evenly applying it, overall I'm really happy with this duo - for the price, you can't beat it!
